Happiness is not a destination it's a way of life
At Beit Yosef, Michal and Josef Gersht had a dream -- to create a comfortable and luxurious beachfront guest house where guests could spend time relaxing, collecting sea glass on the beachfront, enjoying strolls on the white soft sand, and taking long bike rides on the boardwalk and throughout the beautiful clean neighborhoods of Nahariya, Israel. The Gershts remodeled a beautiful apartment along the seashore of Nahariyya, combining the exquisite Beit Yosef vacation apartment style to the atmosphere of the pristine Mediterranean coast.
Old World Charm and New World Luxury. When you arrive at the Beit Yosef Boardwalk Guesthouse you enter into a room with a huge window with a gorgeous view of the Mediterranean ocean, blue skies and white-capped waves that sway gently in the breeze. Now you can get ready to take your shoes off and prepare to enjoy a deluxe vacation experience.
The Boardwalk guesthouse is simply a feast for your eyes and soul. The apartment has an enormous couch with pillows so cozy, it's an escape unto itself. But more is yet to come. The kitchenette is fully equipped for your convenience with a large refrigerator, stove, hot plate, urn, utensils and even a red espresso machine. The kitchen countertops are granite and the wall is made of imported Belgian stone bricks. All of the cabinets were designed and hand-crafted for this stunning Beit Yosef Zimmer Nahariya guesthouse to create the warmest possible atmosphere. Right off of the living room you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the balcony where the views and sounds of the majestic ocean provide the background as you dream your dreams.
Nestled in the living room corner is a beautiful mahogany library, filled with art books, knickknacks, and other thoughtful reading material which you can peruse leisurely during your stay. A romantic bedroom with luxurious flowered bedding, plush pillows and cozy blankets on a superior mattress includes a flat-screen television and mahogany closet.
The bathroom doubles as a steam room where you can enjoy the penetrating scent of eucalyptus oil steam while you relax and detoxify, leaving your stresses behind you. There is a convenient alcove with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Crowning Jewel Michal, the decorator/partner of the Beit Yosef Guesthouses, completed the Boardwalk guesthouse decoration with its crowning jewel -- a rooftop with a fully covered net swing bed and lounge chairs. The private area allows you to catch some rays while you enjoy the glorious views of the coastline and ocean. There is an outdoor dining area for rooftop meals along with extra lounge chairs where guests can relax, sunbath, read, or just rest. A bar completes the panoramic rooftop atmosphere.
This charming guesthouse is the perfect vacation spot for people that want to spoil themselves and relax in Nahariya in an oceanfront zimmer.

London neighbourhoods Our family of four is traveling to London in July. We would like to look for an air bnb in a secular neighbourhood within an hour's walk to an Orthodox synagogue. Can you suggest some neighbourhoods for us to try?
how to ship belongings What does Customs allow or what items do they tax heavily. I have electronics, laptop, tablet, printers, I need as a writer, and also want some household items for an apt. with me. Want to give out blankets, soup, and bread to poor and shut-in Holocaust survivors too. Have Israeli friends, but don't want to bother them before I visit them. No idea who to contact for apt. search and for Customs requirements.
